He then moved to EMI where he served as Head of Production overseeing music videos for Chrysalis, EMI and SBK Records. Later he became VH-1's first Head Of Production on the west coast. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President of the video department (aka "The Emperor of All Videos"〔http://www.linkedin.com/pub/jeff-panzer/1/655/b08〕) for Universal Records for over a decade in Los Angeles, CA.〔 Panzer was the Executive Producer and Director of "The Crying Game" by Boy George and was nominated for an MTV Award for Best Movie Video.
